Established in 2009 by Optometrist Ernest Tobia and Marketer/Practice Owner Fatin Tobia eye2eye started with advertising screens in waiting rooms, informing patients on eye health and the latest technologies on eye care.

In 2013, we grappled with the frustration of consistently low recall success rates using traditional methods. Determined to find a solution, we took a bold step and enlisted the expertise of professionals to personally call patients. The impact was nothing short of remarkable, with recall success rates soaring overnight.
Fast forward to 2015, fueled by our passion for transforming patient recall strategies, we extended our services to Optometry practice owners. Today, we proudly cater to hundreds of practices across Australia and New Zealand, utilising the power of personalized phone recall to elevate their patient engagement and retention to unprecedented levels.
